I took my dog to get groomed just before his birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They did an amazing job! The groomer was professional, attentive, and really paid attention to detail. My dog looks fantastic, and I can tell he feels great too. I absolutely love the service and will definitely be coming back!

Went in to buy fish, but about all the tanks had sick or dead fish in them. The feeder goldfish was the only tanks that looked to be healthy. So I left with 2 aquaclear 50 sponges very disappointed

Geo, from Petco said they had baby rats the day before thankgiving. He said I could have one. Geo said they were too small to tell if they were male or female. Geo said call back on Friday after Thanksgiving. I did. Geo wouldn't be in til Saturday. He had taken the rats home with him. Saturday comes around. It had been 4 days since I spoke with him the 1st time. Saturday Geo tells me they are adult rats. And they have a respiratory disease, and he wouldn't want me to have a sick rat. George represents Petco. Geo lied. Do not trust this company. This is typical of how customers are treated. I have never had a good experience with Petco.

If I could leave a 0 review I would. Why have reptiles, birds, and ferrets desperately wanting out of their cages for sale for a thousand dollars, being ignored by staff, and clearly depressed with nothing to do all day but sit in a cage that’s egregiously too small. A cash grab for an innocent animals life is something I won’t support.

If i could leave a 0 star i probably would. I don’t do reviews often but truly i was disgusted by the number of dead or close to dead animals, fish, reptiles, etc their were at this specific location. If you know proper well being of animals, or are an animal lover just avoid this place because none of the above is being done. I took a video of the juvenile bearded dragons because the one was so close to death and if i could save them all i would but i just can’t. Which is why i had to leave. I will not be coming back to this location unless its to rescue one of these poor reptiles from this death trap.
Its a shame, Look at the poor dragons breathing. And all the dead fish in the tanks….. not to mention $40-$60 for a fish that is surrounded by many other dead ones just like it? Watched a crab eating one of the $60 fish…… like what?

I recently went to the N. Glenstone location to get some ghost shrimp for my axolotl. After waiting 5 minutes at the fish tanks I approached an employee at the register. The cashier had a big nasty hickey on their neck. I asked if I could get some help getting some ghost shrimp. The employee Calliope told me someone would help me and went back to just standing behind the register. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location with this employee. Always unfriendly. Finally after another 10 minutes of waiting another employee finally came and helped me. I told him what happened and he apologized and said he had no idea anyone was waiting. No one said anything to him. I won’t be returning to that location unless that person is gone.

Guy in saltwater tank area is awsome, he listened, gave good advice, and every saltwater fish we've bought is still alive,we'll definitely be back.

Staff was helpful & friendly. Came to look at the Green Check Conure they had & was very impressed by the cleanliness of the cages & cases. I will be back to take home a beautiful Green Cheek Conure 💜
