lol…we’re done! Friday Setup an online appointment for 10:15 today. Go into W.Washita store. Lady tells me no appointment in calendar. Humm..I tell her I received a text confirmation. She keeps keying away in the computer. Again no appointments at either location. So I opened the App, yep the appointment is no longer showing up. I proceed to have her set appointment for this Thursday…so I take the pup home. Login to my laptop and see No appt setup and I find where she canceled my appointment for today while I was standing at the counter with her??! We’re done with Petco. The Glenstone store is worse. Less than a 1-star

This place is so unorganized you can't find anything in here when you do it's all way overpriced. I think this is a pet store for rich people I'd rather go to PetSmart or just Walmart for pet supplies

This store has everything you will need for your new or current pet. As well as possibly your new pet. However, it is very, very, overpriced. I looked at several of the products on Amazon and chewy and found the same or identically rated products at fractions of the price.
