The worst customer service I've ever had! We came in at 6:30pm & went to the counter & asked the cashier where the crickets were located which apparently upset her bc she became very hateful & rude & rolled her eyes. She said "they were in the back" I said "the back of the store or " before I could finish she said "NO! The back like I have to go get them!" After she went to get them I asked her name she said ALLIE. I attempted to contact the manager & she was rude again on the phone then pretended to be a different person. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE & CONTINUE TO PASS MY EXPERIENCE ON. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Reptiles are kept in an unsafe manner. Wrong substrate is used. Fecal matter all through enclosure and dying reptiles kept in with others.

The grooming department is more than disappointing. If you care about your furry family friends happiness then you will take them elsewhere.

I had recently called looking to buy some white tree frogs, the lady extremely rude, told me they only had one, I politely told her it's harmful for the frogs to be solitary as they are a social creature, she responded with "yea we can't help it if we sell them SIR" in a very rude tone, it's funny to me that a pet store would value profit over the well being of their animals

Rachel is an amazing groomer! Also the staff at this store is amazing! The store prices can be a bit expensive, but watch for sales.

I bought a fish tank with a stater kit and a new fish with some decorations and stuff for the tank.But when I got home to set everything up my tank was missing half of its pieces. it was missing its filter and the charger for the filter. And to put the cherry on top my fish died within 24 hours of having it. I followed the directions I did everything right. I'm not saying I'm perfect I could've messed up but there's also a possibility that my fish was sick. I'm very unsatisfied with this experience, l will not be coming back.

I see that my review on the experience I had was deleted. However, when I make a purchase with real money, and I’m getting a refund, I should get it put back on my card not as a gift card to a store that I’ll never shop at again. I will be calling the corporate office.
