The four star rating, though, is for the website, which I know is not the store’s fault, but you must make the site searchable or at least show all the brands you offer. I bought my puppy food last week in-store and I wanted to share it from your site and the brand isn’t even listed on your website! You are doing your local shoppers a disservice!

1416 E St Louis St #3126, SpringfieldI have to say I was a little hesitant at first due to the fact that they do not have prices listed anywhere online or an official website, but I had a FANTASTIC experience at pampered paws on our first visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they called the day before to confirm my appointment, they allowed me to drop my dog off earlier than their typical hours to accommodate our schedule, and most importantly my golden retriever came back looking AMAZING. They took such attention to detail in his paws and private area, which with a golden retriever can be a challenge. They did everything I asked for and I am very pleased with the overall experience. I would say it’s on the pricier side, but my dog is also 90lbs (so that’s why it was a little more expensive) and it was TOTALLY worth the money!! I will definitely be returning.

Our Yorkie twisted his dewclaw when he jumped on the couch. I think it got caught in the fabric.
Anyway, we called Healing Paws this morning and they were able to work us in right away. They took him back, trimmed off the broken nail, wrapped up his little leg, and sent us on our way with some pain medicine and antibiotics.
We couldn't ask for a more caring and helpful veterinarian! Thank you so much, Healing Paws!

We have 2 corgis who had become aggressive towards each other and who could not be in the same room let alone see each other without attacking each other. We had done a ton of research and had tried literally everything to get them back to being friends and nothing had worked! We finally decided that finding a training was our last option. We finally found On the Spot Dog Training and Lisa was willing to take on, what we thought would be, an impossible challenge. She created a custom plan for our situation, which other Trainers would not do for us! After 2 short months our boys are not only able to be in the same room but are able to play with each other again! We can not say enough good things about her! Lisa is so knowledgeable and genuinely cared about our dogs! She took baby steps always making sure that they were safe and did not get too stressed out! Thank you Lisa from the bottom of our hearts we could have never done it without you!

My doggo and I have learned so much, and we're so excited to see just how much we can do! By the way, my fog is 9 and this is our first class! Melissa said we could come learn, and we have! I feel as though the bond between my dog and I has grown and we understand each other better! The trainers listen carefully to any concerns or questions and are very helpful! We're so excited to see what we get to do next!! "Old dogs can't learn new tricks" is a total lie! Just so ya know! You don't have to have a young dog to come to obedience class! Don't think all hope is lost or that you can't do anything with your dog because they're not under 2 years of age! The owner has created such a distinctive atmosphere and the bartenders are always friendly/prompt. It can be classy to bring someone on a romantic date, or casual enough to visit weekly. They recently added food to their menu that I think is worth talking about. Soup, sandwiches, and salads! It’s a quaint lunch time spot. Their potato leek soup is delightful and definitely worth stopping in for. Overall, the royal is a lovely and enjoyable experience.
