Do not seek employment from this company. Their real name is LKQ Remanufactoring, so don't be fooled by the "Powertrans Proformance". They are the same company. I can testify as to the harassment and mental abuse experienced in that factory. One of their employees threatened physical violence, after which, a police report was filed with the local authorities. To this day, she is still allowed to be employed at that company. Other experiences include threats and intimidation, all of which, LKQ claims they enforce their anti-harassment policy. The fact is, they do not. After all the harassment committed by that facility's employees, I was the one ultimately fired. If you wish to do business, I strongly encourage that you NOT do it with LKQ, aka, Powertrans Proformance.

Worst place you could go to if your looking for a job. Low pay hard work long term employees that see you as a threat to their position and the fact they offer nothing but popsicles (That actually have sodium) to deal with the 110 degree temperatures. NO AC IN THE TOILETS or anywhere in the building except 1 breakroom and supervisors offices.Whoever is negotiating work contracts from the company to the employees is also screwing the workers. 10 hour shifts and a 6 hour friday WHY SCREW ME OUT OF 4 HOURS IF I ALREADY WORKED SIX?!?!!
