Cannot get my office mailing address correct despite having a 10+ year relationship with PK. Receive different invoices at different times of the month. Some will be emailed while others will be snail mailed to your physical address, your PO Box and your home address. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Our office has used PK for quite some time. One of the techs, Vince S., has become our staff's favorite. Everyone hopes they get Vince when they call in for support. Vince is relational, patient, and has yet to encounter a problem he couldn't solve for us. I highly recommend PK for all your tech support needs.

I have only positive things to say about this company. If we ever had an issue with our copier, most of the time it was Bill who came to the rescue. He was courteous, proficient, and communicated well. I recommend this company and will request Bill if future issues arise. Looking forward to a future copier upgrade with Pearson-Kelly.
