Been picking up parts here for over 25 years never had any problems from store to warehouse the store said it was there paid for it went and got it no fuss no muss always a pleasant experience. Wish I could say that about some of the cars I have picked up parts for repairs ?

I work here. It's a warehouse/distribution center. No need to waste questions constantly on if you can buy anything here. You have to go to one of the stores.Just curious, but at what point will there be an understanding that a person cannot buy anything at this location ?

I only shop at oriellys mainly Theo e on west chestnut .I went to the warehouse with my receipt and the store sold me wrong part but the warehouse figured out what I really needed and didn't have any in stock but had one in a return and told me if I could be patient they would get me taken care of no worries they for sure had it in a return almost 2 hours later he tells me they can't find it but I could get it at Napa .I was really irritated I had no problem shopping elsewhere I prefer oriellys but at that point it didn't matter but he told me napa had them after an almost 2 hour wait and sure enough Napa had them .so I will always shop at oriellys but will have what I need sent to store and pick it up .the guy reassured me several times he had the part and when he didn't have it he was like sorry we can't find it like no big deal just annoyed me but I love oriellys just can't believe they did me like that
