There are a lot of hard working execs in most corporations, but it is young men like Blake at the O’Riely’s on S Campbell in Springfield, Mo. that really makes a company successful. His attitude and customer service was greatly received and should be a catalyst to customer service returning to the forefront. Thank you, young man.

The store salesperson did not want to give us the parts and they had them in the warehouse, plus we had already paid for them and they made us go from one store to another.

Showed up early on Sunday Morning with a car that they battery was low on power. Thankfully, they were not that busy. A young man tested my battery, it was low on power. They quoted me a good price on a new one. I asked, can someone help me to replace it? I did not have any tools with me at the time. The young man helped me change out the old battery for the new one. Very nice people working there, willing to help.

I asked two different people to show me where coolant that I bought goes in the car. First refused the second told me they would then waited 15 minutes and they didn’t. Tried to call the store and my call was ignored. It was completely empty no other customers.

Opened my account in 1978 and have been with them through there growth and takeovers.Then- "I need an o'ring."Out comes a metal box with an assortment guaranteed to have what I need.Now-"I need an o'ring."Out comes a keyboard. "What does it go on?"There parts inventory should allow them to be more competitive with online competition. I will gladly pay a premium for a timely and local purchase but when it approaches a 40% mark up it becomes an issue with me.

I walked in and No one was behind the counter and not in the isles behind the counter. A kid came out from the back, walked out to the isles, grabbed a part, and walked back to the back without acknowledging me so I decided to call the store to get someone to the counter to answer the phone. I received some customer service them.
