The ONLY reason I gave a 3 star review was because a Oreilly employee at elizabethtown facility was extremely disrespectful, made comments towards my transaction and the friend that was with me. His shirt. I already posted on that local facility post. Hopefully Murphy, the man that done my transaction with a 2013 Buick Regal wheel bearing. You can go back on the cameras and look at what was said and his temperance towards myself and comments made. This is the ONLY bad experience I’ve had at Oreilly. I hope the issue with this employee can get resolved and not reflect on the company as a whole.

I took a perfectly good mower battery in. They tested it, told me it had too much charge, and sold me a new battery. I'll never go back. By the way, I realize I bought a new battery when I didn't need to, this was an audit. F-

Today is the last day that I will buy things from your stores. To start I'm an honest man everyone around me knows this. One of your stores sold me an item that was already used . The paint had spiraled of the top of a power torch 4 ton piston type. I sat the dang this on the ground to take a picture of it. It's only 38.00 bucks but it was the way he treated me. We have been very long time customers and after today that won't be the case. I have been doing Google reviews since they started doing them. I'm going to log into that account. Higginsville mo needs your attention if you wanna save it. Again I'm an honest man and do what I say. That was wrong on all levels. None of my opinions reflect opon my just or who I represent. Like I said I'm an honest man. This is a very small town. And not the first problem you Have had.

On 6/14/24 we ran to O'Reilly in Garden City, Idaho to purchase some fuel injector cleaner. The young lady that rang us up was pleasant. We told her we were military. She acknowledged it & at the end of the sale we noticed that the receipt said it saved us $5.00! We actually received a $1.00 savings! I asked for a manager & his response was, "This is above our level". And walked off! We were stunned! As this will probably go on deaf ears, Military friends, BEWARE!!

Great company to evolve in with career opportunities some young people might not see it as such and some people just may find it to be different as far as retail all together, but they do set a standard for growth that you can obtain from working with a company that gives you opportunities for a career. The diversity that I have developed from being a people person is amazing; I like the positive influences that O'Reilly's culture makes possible.

I've ran service truck for 10 years and did a lot of business with O'Reilly's. But they have recently hired a manager at the Marten Lutheran King Dr store in Monroe. that can not be trusted he can not keep his word and will lie to your face and then get mad when you call him out on it. there are other stores in Monroe and west Monroe I suggest going a little farther and buying your parts from people that keep their word.especially when they are the ones that made the mistake to begin with. fortunately the parts I was give were for my personal vehicle and not a customers.

They have potential to make money because they usually have parts for older cars but if you call any of the stores in Tampa they will answer put you on hold and never pickup ,or just hang up after a few minutes while on
Mr Corporate you should try like a regular customer

Bought a cheap set of wipers for a new to me dodge caravan I bought in excellent shape, I live in Colorado, we did not have rain or weather, I did run them a few times, to clean window, we had a hard freeze last week, I noticed the wiper was defective, and scratched my window, I brought the wipers back, he replaced one wiper and was asking me all kinds of questions, about how did I operate the window wipers, I said, I ran them when you put them on, and a couple times after, he asked me questions to trip me up, about his mistake, the windshield was perfect when I got the blades, They called corporate and they said since it was 6 weeks, since I got them and I BOUGHT CHEAP they will not buff out the scratch on my window caused by there employee, who did not check the quality of the blades, he did not say Hey there is a scratch going across your window. Because there was not. I live on a frugal budget, and to tell me I bought the cheap blades and did not notice damage, for a few weeks, after purchase, because we did not have weather is insulting and bad business, you seem to have mixed reviews all over the country, as far as I am concerned, because I paid what I could , I mean its a 1998 Dodge caravan, the man who helped me has a insensitive heart, and a way of being very rude as he is being nice, aggressive passive behavior towards this situation, Listen , If I had money I would not have bought a older car, and cheap blades, since when did buying less than name brand mean the consumer should suffer a loss due to incompetence and lack of checking your parts before you install them. Reach out because , I am not in a position to drive a unsafe vehicle now due to a scratch that may pick up sun rays. Please help, this is a situation that is unfortunate, also, I noticed the other side is also damaged slightly, the blades actually appear to be too big , he double checked, and said they are the right one, well, I need you to be a stand up company and deal with this situation. Thank you

Artificially inflated list pricing. When we purchase with our account from O’Reillys, some things are actually way more than what they would be if I were to buy them from over-the-counter as a regular consumer this disgusted me. When I bring this to their attention, the only thing they’re willing to offer me is a military discount Which I don’t want a military discount because I was not in the military Don’t a commercial account with O’Reillys Also, the people at the corporate office are extremely rude and like you are inconveniencing them when you ask them questions I’ve been hung up on multiple times
