  They have potential to make money because they usually have parts for older cars but if you call any of the stores in Tampa they will answer put you on hold and never pickup ,or just hang up after a few minutes while on

  I used to like Orileys but man do they need better management. Worst for answering the phone! For years now! Tried 12 times today!

  I had an incident with an employee messing up my car so i called and they handled it very professionally and had the problem solved.
