“Update* 7-5-24 after leaving the review below I was quickly contacted by customer service. Who after I submitted my order number and the missing parts were quick to act. Just received the missing parts today, they mush have rush shipped it. Increased rating to a 4 star due to the diligence in resolving the issue.
Ordered an L shaped desk with hutch. It came with missing parts. Contacted them, after 3 different phone calls finally was connected to someone to get the missing pieces. Only to find out it's on backorder and I had to wait 15 to 18 weeks! Then around the time it's supposed to show up I get an email telling me they no longer work with that company and if I want the part I have to contact them directly. But guess what they're still selling those desks!”
“Our office has used PK for quite some time. One of the techs, Vince S., has become our staff's favorite. Everyone hopes they get Vince when they call in for support. Vince is relational, patient, and has yet to encounter a problem he couldn't solve for us. I highly recommend PK for all your tech support needs.”

From negotiating the lease to training and training again (because you never know what you need to know how to do until you can't do it!) to follow up calls just to check and make sure everything is running smoothly. I wish all my equipment representatives were as responsive and concerned as Document Solutions. Getting a new Xerox is a huge deal and this last install was seamless. “I went in to just check out their offerings. I'm looking to decorate my place with a bit of office furniture. I worked with Alissa, she was fantastic. I still have a bit more research to do before I make a purchase but she was knowledgeable and quite helpful. I'll definitely be giving them some business in the future. Can't wait for my new furniture!”
