Not even a hello when I came in. No one asked if I had questions when I looked around. Saved me 200 bucks. They didn't say bye, either, so I dont feel bad not supporting this local business. Not shopping somewhere with no customer service.

I will give OP a 5 star rating anytime Tom or Andy are there, but as the saying goes "When the bosses are away, the children will play."I stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting to get assistance after I was approached and acknowledged. Even as I walked out the door to leave the lady at the counter who's job it is to help didn't even bother to look up at me. I realize it's close to closing on a weekend, but DO YOUR DAMN JOB! I will continue to use them as my only wood supply, but I will make damn sure one of the big guys will be there. They know what customer service is and appreciate EVERYONE who enters the door. The weekend front end help needs to be reminded of the importance of patrons to a small business.

I really thought that this business would be a really great company that my business could come and use, being they have all varieties of lumber but after having started to order and some dealings with them I'm very unhappy with the way everyone has different opinions on pricing and what we could actually order. I understand that all companies has to make their money but the way these people talk that is all they are after. Also to talk bad about their customers is extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

I brought in some Brazilian Redwood to be cut. When i picked up the wood the dimensions were wrong. (Partially my fault as was not clear) Anyway they promptly fixed the problem made it right. Super impressed with OP Hardwoods. I would highly recommend them.

Tom and Andrew and all the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly (as well as patient with my innumerable questions).They have great prices and are able to help you out with whatever you need to make the wood usable in your shop.Don't have a planer, no problem, they will happily surface your boards for you.

Everyone at OP were awesome to work with. They were very helpful in choosing our cedar for a new fireplace hearth/mantle. Wonderful selection of exotic lumber to choose from.

What a friendly place. Was extremely excited to see smaller pieces of exotic woods; makes it more affordably for smaller projects. AND they give a military discount. Wonderful place and we will be back.

I made an unexpected trip in today to get some help with a project my son is working on. Titus helped us out and was absolutely above and beyond my wildest expectations. He was attentive and respectful to both of us - means a lot when someone is willing to take the time to speak intelligently to my child and can see they my child pretty much knows what he is talking about. He provided tips and pointers and never once interrupted or offered unsolicited advice (although I would have been happy to hear more of his ideas/thoughts on my son's plan). :) Will definitely return!
