Listen this place is fantastic. I have gone to next level through all stages of my life. When I had money I would come here and spend it. It's like a remnant of Toys r Us it has the same kind of magic that used to be there. When I was more down ony luck they went out of their way to help me make a fair amount of money for part of my collection if anything it was more than generous just to help me out. And now that I am on the other side of it I still come back to experience that magic. Everybody has different perspectives and experiences but I can tell you this, there is no pawn shop as fair or people as kind as they are at Next Level keep doing a great job guys!

I pawned a pistol. A few days before the due date, they sent me a text as a reminder. Thought that was cool. Getting the pistol back was very smooth. Great shop, easy to work with.

I stopped by Next Level Pawn & Jewelry this past weekend to ask about the value of an older class ring I no longer needed or wanted. From the moment I walked through their door, these folks there were most courteous and helpful. The nice lady took the time to explain how these rings are appraised, weight, current value of gold per gram, etc. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully. I've walked into some pawn shops where I was treated poorly and felt they couldn't care less about my business; I didn't go back! My experience at Next Level Pawn & Jewelry was the exact opposite. I would use them again. My suggestion: If you are looking for a reputable pawn shop, try them FIRST . . . . . and no, they are not my family. LOL! I'd never met these folks before. I highly recommend their business.

I’ve been going here for awhile, I usually pawn the same thing when I need some extra cash. I always pick up my stuff also.! So today I brought in the item I needed to pawn (nice condition ps4 pro) same one I’ve pawned multiple times. She told me that ps4s are outdated, that she could do 75, so I asked for 80 thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal and she literally said no… 5 dollar difference. Kinda threw me back.. as they said they are outdated ps4s,,,yet they don’t even have a ps4 pro on the floor and the ones they do have are the older gen ps4s and they are asking 210 bucks for them. 5 dollar difference… then act like pawn pickup history don’t matter..I have a perfect history with them and they told me no over 5 bucks.. I just grabbed my stuff and left after that. Never coming back here again.

By far , the BEST pawn shop in Springfield ! After 19 days on a ventilator w/ pneumonia...I had to restructure my car ins payment...and a couple other c/card bills. Walked into their pawn shop..a bit apprehensive about getting a loan on some of my tools, then later my iPad, never once did I have to haggle for my loan. I come from a city where there's a pawn shop on every other corner, and most try to make you feel some type of way, disrespect you, and rarely loan 1/2 of what your asking. NOT here, they were very helpful, and I would recommend them over any other Pawn broker in this area !!
