Even though my apartment complex includes their Internet I at least expected competent Internet, I can give them this my download speeds are decent, not what they promised, but decent outside of that. I can’t play online games and Netflix and YouTube barely work, causing crashes all the time.
I have contacted them for help multiple times and got no results. I set up an appointment to have them physically take a look at my outlet, but after rethinking it I can guarantee nothing will come of it, so I decided to cancel the appointment and accept it for what it is, it is Internet, Just really bad Internet.
When I move, I will not be using be them as a provider.
Update: It has gotten to the point where my Internet has experienced a total blackout, due to their meddling with other Internet boxes, I asked to have it resolved as soon as possible, and the soonest they could do was a day or two after the blackout, it shows that they do not care enough about their customers to resolve an actual issue.
This company is greed embodiment.

Forced to use this internet provider due to it being included in my apartment, it was great for a while with 90mbps speeds for both my wife and I but now for the majority of the day it just drops to 2mbps for both up and download which is complete BS but hey competence might be on sale this Black Friday perhaps they can pick some up

Have had some iffy internet issues while gaming lately, but when I called customer service, Chris had me fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. I told him my issues, he identified them and solved them to get me up and running even better than what it was. Very happy with their service!

When it is good as is good but the random freaking intervals where my speed will go to 10 megabytes or lower but the craziest thing is the upload speed never changes. It's always about 200 MB per second. We're supposed to be receiving gigabyte fiber 1 gigabit upload and download and we do when it works. It doesn't always work and it always stops working when they stop working. This is one of the few internet companies I have dealt with that doesn't have 24/7 support. Please avoid if you can

Probably the worst internet providers out there, constant outages with laggy download speeds on supposedly gigabit fiber and no 24 hour support, calling them is a joke. Steer clear of these people and stick with one of the larger nationwide providers if you can

By far one of the worst internet providers I've ever dealt with. Constant outages and ping spikes. I work on my computer and need stable internet for that and this service is just the most unreliable that you can get. It would be one thing if it was brief outages that were rare, but often times it will go out for a while (up to a few hours) each evening for an entire week. There was even a period of time where the internet was out for nearly an entire month. The people seem nice that work there, but that can only go so far when the service is this atrocious. Get literally any other company in town if you can if you care at all about having stable internet.

Slow connection speeds. Upload is faster than download? This company seems to deliver some sort of Great Value Fibre. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. I don’t understand how companies like this are able to keep their business with such horrible service. I recently moved into a new apartment that had their service included within the unit and was told I would be getting 1g fibre…. I BARELY get 6m and that’s through a Cat5 connection. What a joke. If you find yourself moving into a new place and Netvision is the isp, do yourself a favor and just plan to go with your own service. I wish there was an option for negative stars but here we are….

For the past twelve years this internet-service has been 99% reliable. Occasionally, electrical-storms have brought the system down, but the service department is fast to restore service. I have been able to "stream" PureFlex and Paramount+ and more without ANY buffering.

Net Vision has the nicest customer service personnel. Our service with Net Vision has been very solid and dependable unlike other services we have tried that cut out all the time. I would highly recommend Net Vision.
