“We just moved to Missouri and had movers lined up to help with unloading our items off the truck. Once we got here, they were no shows. In a panic because we needed to return the truck the next day, I called U haul and they gave me Moore’s phone number. Boy was I happy they could get us help in just a few hours. We had most of the truck unpacked already but there were still some large/heavy items we could not move by ourselves. Randy and Jacob showed up and got the job done in an hour.They were very respectful and we are grateful for their hard work. I’d give a 10 star rating if I could ☺️ thanks again !! Earl came to the house to survey our belongings and give us an estimate based on weight. He was within $100 of the final weight. The moving crew was professional and personable. Our realtor stopped by when they were loading the truck and commented on what a great job they were doing.”

“The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The storage units are consistently clean and readily accessible. Security measures are also pretty good. Without a doubt, I would rate them a 10/10 and use their service again.”
“From start to end I absolutely loved working with smooth moves! They quoted me and it took a bit longer but they didn’t end up charging me more which I appreciated. They were quick a thorough! A tiny piece fell off of my dresser and Aaron quickly returned it to me. Highly recommend!”

“I currently work here. If I plan on staying a company driver I will stay with the company. Best company driver position I've ever had. Great hours I go in at 9:30am each day and work about 8-10 hours. Mon-fri. Good money free food all the time. Good free/cheap benefits.”
“Great people to deal with. Got a van that had 525 miles on it. I was going down the road and the rear-end caught fire! I was only 8 miles into my trip. Limped it back and was given another van. I just don't know about uhaul. That could have caught the whole van on fire and kilt me! All I got was "I will see if I can get you another van." All I wanted was an I'm Sorry this happened to you.”
“We have moved about 14 times, each time with movers. This move was the best by far. Mark came out ahead of the move and estimated our stuff. He was very kind and easy to work with. Sabra is also very kind and calm and got everything scheduled for us. But the biggest difference was Nick and his team--this was the first move we have had where the moving company brought more than enough team members to make things run smoothly. The packing process was great--they did a great job making sure everything was packed really well. Delivery was on time and again, ran super well and super efficiently. Moving is never an easy thing but Best Way made the process go so smoothly and easily I didn't have to think about it! I wish I could give them 1000 stars for a job well done. Thank you Nick and team for taking great care of us.”

Needing a replacement trailer midday on a Sunday, we were fortunate to encounter Chris at this location. He did an outstanding job getting us another trailer and quickly transferring our vehicle from the damaged one to the new one.
