“I received a replacement phone - to which they couldn't help me over the phone, so I stopped out at the store (1 1/2 hour drive) to simply have Austin help me swap out my sim card from my old phone to the new phone. If he wasn't able to help that, I would have been truly upset, as the help via the phone through at&t was not helpful and they would have had me scratching up the microphone on my replacement phone. Austin was hesitant as I know they probably are not able to help (with phones received via the online order), but was still so very helpful in the end. I mean it literally took 2 minutes. Thank you Austin Hamilton for your help.”

“So I have had difficulty moving my landline to a cellular line… It is a long, horrible story! But when I came to the Cricket location on Kansas Expressway in Springfield, Missouri, the store manager a man by the name of AJ was not only able to make sure what my problem was and get my problem resolved he was able to navigate multiple customers by himself until his second employee came in the building. The customer service here was impeccable.”

“So my laptop screen cracked on Sunday at church while teaching the children. The children were playing with Legos and it hit my laptop screen. Devastated I was! The horror for a college student! AHHHH!!! After collecting my brain cells back together, I informed the other teachers of what happened. We agreed on what to do. Monday was Labor Day. Come Tuesday, I and my friend went to the first store and they quoted me the price of a kidney for it to be fixed. I beg your pardon!! My friend did more calling and hold and behold……CPR came to the rescue!!!! We went inside and immediately got service. D took a look at my laptop and quoted me and gave all the information that I need to know. I dropped my laptop with them. Two days later, I got a call. My laptop is ready for pickup!!!!! From horror to Joy!!! I was so happy that I squealed like a pig!! Thank you CPR for an exceptional care with my laptop. Exceptional service. 12/10 experience. They called to update me every step of the way until I received my laptop. Thank you!!!!”

“I called the S Campbell Springfield MO location prior to calling this one. The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”
“Chris was so helpful and fixed my Wife's phone. After Cardinal computer repair wanted to recharge me for the same problem they already fixed. They only gave me a 2 month warranty and the phone started to have problems after the warranty was expired. I brought it back to the store and they wanted to recharge me full price. So I called I am Wireless and they knew the problem over the phone and had the part in stock and fixed it right away and charged me cheaper then Cardinal computer repair wanted to charge me. They are the best. Thank you Chris and I am Wireless !!! I really appreciate it.”

“I came in on June 22, around 6pm. Jared was there and helped me out tremendously. Even though he couldn’t fix my phone, Jared was patient enough to limp my old phone into transferring my files. My phone didn’t have any files backed up, and if Jared wouldn’t have done this, I could have lost all of the stuff on my phone. Jared went above and beyond, and even stayed late to get me my new phone. I am not from Springfield, so I really wanted to get this done so I could more easily get back to PA, and Jared made it happen. Thanks Jared for helping me and for being an awesome person. “Not a bad Target. Plenty of parking and a convenient light makes getting in and out easy. I went in a few days before the 4th of July and while they were busy there were plenty of checkers, so there weren't any lines at the registers. The store was clean and well stocked too.”
