The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”

“So I have had difficulty moving my landline to a cellular line… It is a long, horrible story! But when I came to the Cricket location on Kansas Expressway in Springfield, Missouri, the store manager a man by the name of AJ was not only able to make sure what my problem was and get my problem resolved he was able to navigate multiple customers by himself until his second employee came in the building. The customer service here was impeccable.”
