I’m a monthly pass holder
Paid to have inside vacuumed
And cleaned horrible job tipped 5.00 too won’t do that again nothing looked like it was wiped down nor vacuumed. I should have complained but I don’t like to complain.
This is the 3rd time this has happened at the mister on Campbell and republic rd.

$40 for a service and the final results were very poor. The doors looked like they had not been wiped at all, front of the car looks like it was never washed. Very poor results and wouldn’t pay for this service again.

Love my membership!!!! It’s also nice to purchase the add on of the interior cleaning and the mats washed. I think it’s a great value for the price!

What is the point of paying for an inside cleaning plus a generous tip when these guys can even wipe dust off? Disappointing and wish someone would open a great hand wash spot!

Just spent $50 on their best wash…had to leave the detail bay and get the dirt pile out of my floor. The guy acted like I was asking him to commit a crime when I asked him to wipe off the middle console. Looked like a sloppy 8 year old wiped the car down…disappointed

Fantastic car wash. We have a work truck and without fail, the majority of car washes won’t take us or can’t get the mud and bugs off, but this place can! Our windshield got clean and we love that they do a full detail for a very reasonable price. Staff were nice and really made sure our truck was clean. Mark this one on your Google maps if you need a good car wash!

False advertising, doesn't clean for a full foot above step rails and NO multi-car discount.
Was told first interior wipe down was free (later found this to be dishonest). When said I wanted to cancel since was mislead, they canceled but put on ticket it was for "financial" reasons. This is further dishonesty, and messing with company's feedback for possible improvement, as well as just annoying.
Only positive is their dryers and vacuums work well.

I just left this location. I bought the $20 wash for exterior and I tipped $5.
The woman directing the cars on the rollers could not help me figure out how to put my Tesla in the correct wash mode and because very annoyed with me although there were not many customers in line behind me. She called over a man who stared at me while I again asked about Tesla car wash mode then he said "what did you just say to me?" After he was finally able to help me the woman started complaining loudly about "Tesla owners"
I have had no problems getting help with Tesla car wash mode at other car washes in the past. I will never come back to this location and I will think twice before I tip at a car wash again
