Disappointed this is no longer a full-service car wash. The vacuums were lacking suction so it was a *struggle* to get the pet hair up from my interior when it usually isn’t at other Misters. No cloths to wipe down the interior? Crazy how this went from the best wash in the city to one of the worst.

Was asked if I wanted to include a tip when I paid, before any service. Happy I did not. Side windows, mirrors, back were not cleaned very well.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Their wheel cleaning system messed up one of the wheels on my truck and they refused to fix it even though the paint color on the gouge in my wheel was the exact same color as their wheel cleaning track. Would not recommend ever using this place. Use one of the several other car washes in town.

This used to be a great car wash with full services, and now it's just a drive through wash that left a lot of dirt on our car. I had to redo it when we got home. Won't go back.

they changed their equipment. it doesn't blow off water as good as the last equipment. now i have to get out and wipe windshield of to prevent water spots. so sad they're getting cheaper.

They are terrible cleaning the inside car. They have 4 people doing it you would think they would do a good job having that many doing it.

Others may share this sentiment: regardless of how much one pays, the service remains consistently subpar. This leads one to ponder if it wouldn't be wiser to allocate the same funds for a superior experience elsewhere. Whether opting for the minimal or maximal payment, the outcome is akin to a forgettable, lackluster performance, occasionally punctuated by the rare enthusiast. With an abundance of alternative services available, it's only prudent to consider alternatives. Should the establishment seek to retain patronage, an enhancement in service quality is imperative. While the amenities are generally pleasant and the staff well-meaning, the finer points seem to be overlooked. Wishing you success in your endeavors.

I was lost on the services offered, but Manny saved the day! He was very sweet and sincere to me, and made sure all my needs and concerns were taken care of! An absolute gentleman. He was a hero that day for me!

I don't know what happened to this place but it's not the same as a year ago! Poor job done on interior! Bugs still on the front of vehicle when I mentioned it they said they don't scuba bugs anymore. ? what!? Why did I spend the money?? Not happy at all, came home and cleaned it myself... they should just say wash and vacuum! Not worth the $40 I spent. Lesson learned!!

Mister car wash did a great job cleaning the outside of the car and a fine job cleaning the inside of the windows. They vacuumed the inside and were suppose to clean the dash and console area but did a mediocre job at that.I had to go back over the dash and console myself. I paid $30 plus a $7 tip for a job I could have done myself for about 10 bucks and a little elbow grease.I was willing to pay up to have them do it but had to work on it myself after all.If you are unable or just don't want to do it yourself then maybe you'll be happy with the service. I just can't justify paying that much and then have to go back over it.The place was clean, they were friendly. The initial contact salesman was a little pushy about selling the upcharge services or unlimited option but the staff nice.
