Sales associates are to busy on their own phone to pay attention to helping you out.I was looking into getting a new phone and was doing the financed option. I got approved and as the sales associate was going over everything while still being on his phone I was asked for my last four of my social so I told him. Well all of a sudden couldn't go any further cause it was asking questions on places I've live at. Unfortunately nothing was popping up that was where I had lived at. Well now can't finish the order was told to come back in a week and was told to contact social security about the questions. So I leave and check on my own phone. This stupid associate was to busy on his phone he put in the wrong last four of my social. No wonder nothing was popping up correctly.I know you sale phones and plans but maybe have your associates pay more attention to their customers then their phone. I will not be back to this store due to this behavior.

Worst experience I have ever had in a phone store. My phone stop connecting to the network due to there system malfunctioning . The only solutions that had for me was to come out of pocket. No matter the choice. Even with insurance they still said i would have to pay additional charges . After buying a brand new phone they didn't help me set it up or give me a phone charger ! Had to go to the one off of battlefield so they could set me up . Extremely disappointed!!!

Metro pcs on kansas expressway sold me a phone that doesnt keep a charge that dies within 2 hours i took it back the 2nd day i got it and it was on the charger all night and it only charged to 23% metro refuses to take the phone Back they refuse to help me unless they get to keep the 150.00 i paid for service and make me pay all over again to have a new phone started they wont even work on the phone i only had 2days

Lydia was very rude, I came in before 8pm and she said I had to wait til tomirrow. I had cash money and her draw was still opened. The music was loud the gentlemen had to even ask her to turn down the music
