Ella, the manager, is so uneducated that she put the sim card into my family members phone INCORRECTLY, then tried to say it was a STOLEN phone because it didnt work, rather than double check to see if it was her incompetence that caused the phone to not work. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. How this person is a MANAGER at a CELLPHONE STORE is beyond me, considering she can't even put in a sim card properly. What a JOKE!

Asked if they would switch out my SIM card and help put in my new one and the employee told me no. I tried explain I wasn’t familiar with the area and really needed my gps on my phone that’s why I came up to the nearest phone store to get help.She insisted she wasn’t touching my phone or going to help me. So I said ok and went to T Mobile a block away and they put my SIM card and sold me a new charger and case for my phone.

Staff short and not customer friendly. Needed information and all I got is there not affiliated with Tmobile and was just very unhelpful.

Ella August 23rd 2023 I Went Into The Store And She Provided Over The Top Service. She Was Very Professional, Kind Hearted, Understanding And Had Solid Patience. She Knew Her Stuff Exceptionally Well Also. She Made Sure My Phone Was Set Up And Helped Make Sure I Had WiFi For My Bus Bus.

We went to switch 3 lines over this afternoon around 12. Kyleigh was extremely rude and had no idea what she was even talking about. We were screwed out of promotions and ended up spending almost $400 for 3 lines when the phones were suppose to be free.. couple hours later we are home and find out that she had originally put in one of our numbers wrong when we were having issues with the port completing. (This would be why we ended up spending so much money) after 3 phone calls and hours later we finally have it fixed. I called and asked for a manager and was told she'd take my name and number and "she'd call me whenever she could) do NOT go to metro or this store.

The lady with the big hair is stupid and not qualified for retail customer service.. I hope she gets fired or quits soon I'm seriously considering switching companies because she's so rude and hateful... Don't call 611 unless you can speak foreign languages either!!!! This thing won't let me give it 0 stars for the south campbell store... I swear I'd give this location negative stars if I could ..their big haired employee there is terrible ?

This manager was nice to my face but never resolved the issue I had I signed up for a service and they guaranteed me the service covered bolivar I was very adamant about it I bought 4 lines to make the story short I tried to return them they said no problem but to this day I never received a refund or any resolution I say runnnnnn don’t walk I keep getting letters in the mail saying I owe them over a thousand dollars but I turned it all back in within the ten days

Horrible Customer service. The deals like always are attractive enough for you to switch but once you do they act like they don't know you and have never done business with them. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Definitely could improve on customer service. I went in this location because I was having issues with my cell service and the woman, whom I will not name, was extremely rude and acted very put-out by having to do her job. Do better!

Their customer service tells you one thing on the phone matter of fact three customer service people told me the same thing then the fourth one I guess told me a whole different story so I would not suggest Metro by T-Mobile to nobody
