We waited for 45 minutes for them to tell us they would not sell us the Jacket we wanted because it was on the display even though they no longer carried that one and it had a price tag on it. The one they tried to give us was not the same at all. And he was rude and very snobby. We were buying not renting. Will never go back.

Wow, just wow. Worst customer service I believe I’ve ever received in a clothing store. Sport coat shopping with spouse. Upon entering the store noted one gentleman at the front counter checking out a customer with 2 in line to check out. Obviously, he was not able to wait on us at that time. We walked around the store for a bit. I noted a young lady seated at a desk toward the rear. She made brief eye contact with me and went back towhatever she was doing without speaking. Continued to browse in different parts of the store for several more minutes. A third individual appears from the back of the store and starts speaking to the young women seated at the desk. This guy also makes eye contact with me, then turns back to the young lady and continues to converse and then disappears into the back of the store. Three employees in the store now, no one has yet to acknowledge us. I approached the seated young woman and asked if there was someone who could help us. Her response, “what do you need help with?”. How about men’s clothing, lady?! Good Lord! I asked about their sport coat sale and she finally arose from her chair, pointed out the sport coats, measured my husband, told him his size and left for the back of the store and her desk, never to return or acknowledge us further. The guy at the front counter has now disappeared, as has the third guy in the back. We shopped for 15-20 minutes on our own, found one sport coat, walked up to the counter where the original guy checks us out, without making eye contact, and with the only words coming out of his mouth as follows, “what is your phone number?”. We left, drove across the street to Dillards, met a nice guy in the men’s department who approached us, asked how he could help us, and proceeded to sell us another sport coat and two pair of slacks. I could not be paid to walk into MWH in Springfield again.

Very helpful and very skilled crew.Overlooked the fact I walked in there looking like a hobo and immediately offered to help me find whatever I was looking for. Wound up with 3/4 of a nice suit for about $200. (I don't do suit pants, I'm a jeans and boots type)

We got our groomsmen's suits from mens warehouse for our October wedding. While I can't say it was the best experience they were able to make sizing changes very quickly and the suits turned out great for our wedding day. The timeframe of the suits arrival was very stressful and at times the customer service was not the best.

Our experience was terrible. We had problem after problem. We created an account 6 months prior to our wedding. Our groomsmen got fitted 2.5 months out. They put our date in their system 2 days after our event, despite it being correct on the original paper work. They put one of our groomsmen on an entirely different wedding party. He had to call them to get it transferred to the correct wedding party. Which required payment to be moved to a gift card and then payed back to mens wearhouse. They measured my husband incorrectly. His pants were way too long despite my husband telling them multiple times that was not his size. When we went to pick up his suit the pants literally looked like parachute pants. So after paying the full $275 for a suit rental, I then had to buy him pants that fit for another $70. I went back asking for a partial refund, enough to at least cover the pants we had to buy and they offered me $35. This experience was truly awful and honestly caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I do not recommend.

Staff was friendly and fast, a little too fast. Overall a pretty good experience, just felt a little rushed when getting sized and trying on the tux when it came in, although they were very busy, so I understand.

Great, attentive service from John & other staff members. It's really a shame the store is smaller compared to other larger city locations carrying more products.
