The staff was very polite and helpful! Tanner greeted us at the door and then asked about our preferences and budget before we were guided to recommendations. Not to mention the prices were much friendly than other stores we had been too. (Granted there was a sale going on.) I can’t wait to try out the mattress! Overall, I am very happy with the service and am eager to see if the product is just as good!

We purchased a new mattress and articulating platform bed from here at the July 4th sale. Our platform bed quit out on us in 75 days or so. The head side would slowly fall back down from the elevated position without touching any buttons. They took care of us and replaced the platform bed for us at no cost like they should have done. Good customer service like this is exactly what I am looking for when I am making big purchases like a mattress. I would return because I know they stand behind what they sell and do the right thing.

Glen was a great person and guided me through the sale of the bed and frame that I wanted to buy. I bought the bed with two credit cards, that was no problem, he did that for me. He got the setup done, and that will be Monday. Very quick turnaround. So far it's been a fantastic experience.

The two gentleman working were very professional and helpful. I knew prior to going in exactly what I was wanting. The transaction was quick and easy. The only drawback is there is no delivery to my location as I live 11 miles outside the allowed radius. The inconvenience of trying to find help in transporting was not enough to have me go to another store.

First of all, let me thank mattress firm on Battlefield on behalf of sofa city. Went to purchase a bed and two frames today from Tanner. I have never met a more arrogant disrespectful, non-engaging sales professional in my entire life. He made me feel as if he was doing me a favor, he is also not aware of the many lending sources that his company works with and has no control over his facial expressions or eye rolls. Glenn, the assistant manager is no better. That’s OK though you didn’t want my 900 Purchase so I actually ended up spending $2200 at Sofa city getting much better quality furniture and paying for my purchase.
Hey Tanner, when someone tells you they are in the auto industry, that’s a clear sign that you were being really sleazy and super Offputting meaning I know all the tricks so stop that’s OK though we’ll have our beautiful beds tomorrow from your competition

Everyone at this store is incredibly helpful! From our first interaction with Glenn, to another visit when Tanner (and the whole crew on 6/17) answered questions and provided insight for us, to the final interaction with Joshua, we were floored by the depth of knowledge, friendly and helpful attitudes, and overall customer service from everyone here! On top of that, they ensured that we got the best deal possible! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the market for a mattress! Awesome team here! Worth the trip up from Branson, and not just to save on sales tax.
Update 9/7: After trying our original purchased mattress out for some time, we decided to exercise their swap option, and Andy was incredibly helpful as well. We are happy with the company overall, and this branch in particular. It is hard to believe that everyone here has been so knowledgeable and helpful.
