Do not trust them. They put Blue Devil ($40 bottle) in my car and charged $700, and said they fixed the coolant leak. A month later the car overheated and we ended up having to take it to salvage, because it would have cost $3000 just to replace the head gasket. M.D. Hickman wouldn't even purchase the car even though they do buy cars. Thanks for screwing up the car more and not even giving a care after you used a "mechanic in a bottle".

This place deserves 0 stars. My daughter whom just started college purchased a vehicle from here. The vehicle broke down a week after she purchased it. We had it towed to the shop, they said it was the timing belt and they would take care of it. She only drives it home twice a month from Branson. Less than 9mon now it broke down. We took it to a different location. The mechanic said it was the timing belt and it also ruined the valves. I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle here nor take it for maintenance ever.

Great shop & they're honest & always willing to help! I had a light come on saying 1 tire was low so I stopped by to make sure I didn't have a leak. The guys quickly pulled my car into a bay & checked not only the tire that was low but all 4 tires. No leak thankfully but they went ahead & aired up all 4 tires to the correct pressure & they didn't charge me anything. I'll definitely only be buying tires here from now on & if I need anything done on my car, I now have a new reliable shop in Springfield!

Would only give 1 star, but Mason was extremely professional. Went to look at the vehicles they had for sale, test drove a 09 Pontiac G6, ran smooth, the clickers for the turn signal wouldn’t turn off on their own and the low tire pressure light was on but wanted the vehicle, Mason went down $100 on the listed price. Bought the car. After leaving the lot the check engine light turned on and the temperature gage stopped working, was told to bring it up 3 days later and they’d look at the vehicle. The day before I was supposed to bring it by I went to get it licensed… get to the dmv and was told they illegally sold me a vehicle with a dead title. Apparently a duplicate title was filed for before Hickmans purchased the car (the company had no way of knowing) showed up with a nice attitude to try to get it figured out, Mason once again was extremely professional, tried to work out the situation but had no way of getting ahold of the man who sold him the vehicle. 20 minutes pass, and the owner comes out, the owner was extremely rude. Was passive aggressive and got irritated with every question I asked him, instead of giving me my money back he tried to get me to leave with an 01 Toyota with 10,000 more miles on it. It was listed for 4,000$+ but said he would eat the other $600. I declined, asked for my money back, he gave me a check and did a burn out out of the parking lot, very unprofessional and rude. I go home look around on Facebook marketplace for another vehicle and see the same vehicle he tried to trade me for listed at 3,000$… 400$ less than what I had paid for the Pontiac. The owner is a liar and a cheat. Mason however was very professional, helpful, and very kind. I say he should be the owner.

Great guys over there. Got a feller named Matt at the front desk, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed my truck up easily. And we’re reasonable with pricing.
