This was a bad experience. My appointment was at 1230 and Laura, my tax prepare was late by 20 minutes because she stopped at 5 guys, then another couple had to sign there papers, so I did not get back until 1:05pm. She did not know what she was doing. I did a simple form and 2 states and was there for 2 1/2 hours. I then had to go back another day to sign, it took 30 minutes and it would having taken long but I ask another preparing to come assist her because she could not figure it out. I only have a 30 minute lunch I had to take an hour. I hope the taxes are right! Concerned.

I was very anxious due to some tax issues and Ashley was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. very knowledgeable . I give her 5 stars and recommended to people who are nervous about doing it on their own.

Dropped off my paperwork a few days before the deadline, I am a procrastinator. They were sweet, professional, and understood. So, I turned around & bought the office breakfast bagel sandwiches ????. I love liberty. They help so much ?

Everyone was so cordial with me. They handled my tax problems with ease as any professional tax auditor would do. I plan to use them again and from now on. They have just stolen an H&R Block customer who has been with them for 15 years. Congratulations ladies, y'all were fantastic.!!

I had very good interaction with Liberty Tax service. I highly suggest you ask for Tara Monneyham if you choose to use Liberty. I had no wait time, she was very fast, intelligent, and polite. I highly recommend her. She is very professional.
