BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!!!Absolutely do NOT stay here! We were resting in our hotel room after a long day of travel and lo and behold a bed bug crawled across the bed spread!!Would not recommend this hotel EVER and the staff were pretty rude.

The "manager" Kelly hung up on my husband twice and then said well I had 5 people waiting to check in after he said he did mind holding on the second call. Way to keep in business girl.

My SO and I stay here once a week due it being close to the businesses we’re in town for. The rooms are dated but kept clean and the staff are always super friendly.

Lots of Bed Bugs in every room and they never fix the broken amenities. Employees are very un profesional and the manager Kellie was very rude.

Rooms are not as they seem online. It's old, dirty, things are broken, found 2 baby roaches. Would not stay there again.

The staff is really great. Everything was clean, don't let the bad reviews and internet Karen's deter you from staying here. It is affordable and clean. It is an older hotel and it looks like they are doing a lot of upgrading. If you have someone staying in the hospital nearby this is a great place to get some rest. Also pet friendly which helped our family put tremendously!

Don't make the mistake of staying there. From the outside it has a good façade but once you enter it is somewhat filthy. My husband and I had to leave and cancel the reservation due to the smell, dirt and deterioration of the room. I would never recommend it.

NEVER STAY THERE! Don’t do it.I had reserved a queen roomAfter waiting 20 minutes the desk employee had to call another person to find an available room. My supposed room was not cleaned. I went back to the hotel desk. I was asked to wait until a suitable room could be found. The employee had to go and physically check room for cleanliness. Finally was assigned a room which was NOT the queen or king I had requested. It was 2 full beds. Ended up with a 2 beds room which smelled musty, the beds were poorly made up and were unappealing. No towels, no t.v. remote, small lumpy pillows and dirty sticky carpet. Curtains looked like they were never pressed. The room was immediately adjacent to the door which led to the corridor to the rooms wing. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep because every time someone would enter the corridor the door would slam loudly.At that point I was too tired to leave and look for alternate accommodation.The only desk employee was kind and tried to do the best she could under the circumstances.Another family was experiencing the same issues and were assigned 4 different rooms in various stages of disarray. This shows that the room problem was not only my experience but that it was affecting other travelers.Awful experience, I would NEVER recommend this site.

Sure, everyone is friendly and yes this is a pet friendly hotel as well. That being said... the room, the room was pretty bad. Walls are cracked and the carpet was torn from the way. Blinds where pretty much ruined. The thing that gets me the most is our peephole in our room was broken so ANYONE was able to see into our room at any time. With all that being said. Overpriced for what we got for a night.

Room smelled bad, capet was soaked with water by the air conditioner (about a foot and a half away from it), but I couldn't ask for a different room as I was told it was the only one available. Also had late check out, it was supposed to be noted. I'm a traveler for a hospital in the area and sleep during the day. I was very rudely awakened by loud knocking, my door being forced open as far as they could get it (had the latch on it thank goodness) and threatened with the police by house keeping, as they weren't told I was a late check out. Very disappointed in my stay this time.
