My husbands 5 panel drug screen is lost and all this joke of a company will not tell us anything. He is losing work because of this and they are passing the buck. I would urge anyone using them to be extremely careful.

My mom brought me here yesterday morning to finally get my blood work done. And I managed to get it done in a timely manner.You see, my physician, Dr. Krista Boyd, wanted me to get my blood drawn now that I had been on seizure medicine for over 7 1/2 years. And my next appointment with her is two weeks from today, so this was perfect timing.

Came for new hiring testing. The website had errors so I called and was told it’s not an issue and to just walk in whenever. I get there and the same lady that told me to come in told me they can’t test me unless I have some number from the website. I told them about the issues and they said to come anyways regardless. Everyone here has a single digit IQ and they don’t know what they are doing. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t tell people to come in and not worry about website issues then tell them they need some number from the website form that doesn’t even work. Terrible experience. All the employees are extremely rude and acted like I’m the one that created this problem when they told me to come in regardless.Edit: been here over an hour now and still none of the employees know what to do. My employer has contacted them plus the customer service line. The employees here have no idea how to do their jobs and don’t seem to be able to communicate even basic information properly or efficiently.

I was told to fill cup between two lines and I did but nurse barely glanced at it and said it was too low then threw out my sample and made me wait 30min. Totally rude, even slammed door in my face

Lora and Nicci provided such wonderful customer service today, and made my visit so enjoyable! It’s not often you walk into a business for a quick appointment and leave with such a smile! I hope their boss really knows how awesome these two are!!

Before,,I work 2 jobs, So I came by at 1200,Only to find it closed for lunch.It's a business, it should have different lunch hrs for employees.I came back at 130,only to find it packed.Now,, I have to take more time off from my other job,to make this job happy. Ughhhhhh.

i had a good experience here! made an appointment, came in 15min early and was called at the time of my appointment! blood draw was quick and easy and the staff was friendly!

Best experience I had in awhile. Was in and out in minutes for a blood draw. Front desk guy was nice and answered my questions. Lady who drew my blood was really sweet and knew what she was doing. No issues at all.

Shelia at the door was super rude! I will never ever come back here! I didn’t like her attitude the entire duration of my time! I was recommended here by my job and I will make sure we use a facility that’s friendly and welcoming and not rude as I can you walk in the door! Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve actually never left a review on anything before but I would leave zero stars if I could. I needed a drug screen for a new employer the employer didn’t get me the information until 3:45 I called ahead to the location to make sure it I made it at 4 that they could do my screen they told me if I made it by 4 they would do it I made it there at exactly 4 after flying across town and when I walked in the man at the front desk and the old lady led tech very rudely said what are you here for I said a drug screen she said yea we stop doing those at 4 and the walled away. It takes 3 seconds to pee in a cup and they don’t close until 4:30 change your hours if you’re gonna stop service at 4.
