Loved our experience shopping there on Wednesday March 27, 2024. Sales Associate,Tyler Dibben, greeted us as we entered, introduced himself, asked if there was anything that we were specifically looking for, told him we wanted to look & he said just let me know if he could answer any questions. I went to get him to assist us with our questions which he answered throughly, helped us to complete our purchase, and was even able to get next day delivery for us.

Anthony was GREAT to work with, gave us time to look and breathe but was very personable and able to answer or anticipate our questions. He introduced us to Erica who was also super helpful, so sweet and we have plans to follow up for a rug! So happy we came over after feeling “pushed” elsewhere. Cannot wait for our two new couches and two new recliners!

Knowledgeable staff. Visited twice to select sleeper/sofa. Both salesmen took time to show multiple options (fabrics, styles, mattresses, etc) to ensure we selected the right furniture for our room. No pressure. Even tho we didn't purchase on our first visit, we were invited to return anytime and the salesman provided all information needed to ensure our preferred choices were documented and retained if needed. Great staff at this location and La-Z-Boy quality

I love my Lazy boy recliner but the service department at this store is a joke. After trying to call their service department for a week for my broken recliner, which is just over a year old, I finally called and talked to a sales associate because the service number goes straight to voice mail even during their service hours. After over a week they still haven't returned my calls. After talking to their sales associate they actually got me some one in service. Their answer is that a service tech will call me to discuss my options in 5-7 business days. I understand there being a fair for repairs, but over a week to even state the problem and discuss my "options" is ridiculous.

The store is lovely, the people were nice but I paid over $1100.00 for a recliner that arrived broken after waiting 7 months, was eventually repaired and is falling apart again. I'm really disappointed in what used to be a quality name brand, and can't recommend. Sorry. Very poor quality.

We had a positive experience at Springfield MO La-Z-Boy from walking in the door to having furniture delivered. Our sales person, Mark was helpful. He talked through our needs and led us in the right direction. We interacted with both Jennifer and Erica through customer service and ordering. They both were so personable. Our furniture came sooner than expected. Jeff and his co worker delivered the furniture, set up any electrical components. Asking several times what arrangement of furniture we wanted “tweaked”. I recommend this business wholeheartedly.

We have purchased recliners from this store in the past. On this recent visit, my wife did not find anything to her liking. Styles change, so we will have to return in a few months and see what they have then.
