My wife was in the bathroom literally for 5 minutes and the clerk came and unlocked the door because there's too many people waiting on the bathroom with her still in there on the toilet

They've decided to close around maybe 10-11pm? don't know.. each kum n go has enough paper notifications on the doors to keep you reading for a good 5 minutes. As for this location. Do not waist your time. Drive up to the one across from Aldi's. Bathrooms locked and best to no alcohol but good for gas n a bag of chips. Maybe when they convert over to Mavericks they will have a better management force to spread out employees to the separate locations. Just don't go to a Kum & Go gas stations, plain and simple.They are the first ones to raise their prices near high traffic volume areas

Thank you for your excellent service. Stopped in around 815 am and received such a warm welcome. The cleanest Kum n Go I have ever been in!! Way to go!

Went in to pay cash for gas. There were two older employees, a man and a woman, the woman was on her cellphone so the man was the only one seeming to be working at the moment. I give the man my twenty and tell him which pump, he said ok and I said thank you and proceeded to leave. There was no one behind me during this transaction, but the two employees were in the middle of a conversation. I go out to pump and it’s not working. I try a couple times and then go back in to find that he had not processed my payment and I had to tell him once again what pump I was at, he gave me attitude because I chose to stand there this time to make sure he completed my transaction. I’m response to his attitude I mention that if it was that difficult there are two of them and he could ask her to help. The woman says her register is closed and is still just standing there on her phone, seems like if you’re on a break it would be more professional to step away from your work area. I go back out to pump after he claims to have completed the transaction and it still wouldn’t work, he calls over the intercom that I have to start over again. I finally get my gas and leave. I will not be back to that location and I strongly suggest getting more competent employees. At the very least those employees should be reprimanded and then trained in customer service. I wish I could give zero stars. Working a register is not difficult, unless I guess, if you’re distracted by personal conversation. If you are unable to talk and work at the same time, probably stop talking when you get a customer. I doubt you’re being paid to talk and be rude to people expecting you to at the very least know the basics of your job.

EXTREMELY RUDE CASHIER! CHASE who had No Customers to wait on, but couldn't redeem my tickets! That's part of his job & another customer left while he was being RUDE to me! He was making RUDE COMMENTS to me, like it was a Hassle to do his job! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Rude employees, I called costumer service about their bad attitude, but their costumer service was just as disinterested in the problem and seemed to not care. Went back to the store a different time. Same rude employees still being just as rude as the time before. I will not be going back if I can help it. What a horrible company.

First off they card you for alcohol and tobacco regardless of your age. I understand when it comes to young customers but to do it to customers that are clearly over the age of forty is ridiculous. Also after you been in the place enough times that they know you it's even more ridiculous. The employees are rude and when I called customer service they acted like they could care less. Gave them a second chance only to get the same rude employee that was just as rude the second time. There will not be a third.
