Emily was our cashier and she was super friendly and helpful!!
One of the security tags got missed and set the alarm off. The supervisors had to go through the bags. They were super nice about it and it didn't take long to find it and remove it....then we were on our way.

Lots of stuff to choose from. Clothes, shoes, furniture. The store is usually pretty crowded, though, so don't be in a hurry when you shop there. Not many staff personnel to assist because there are so many shoppers but still pretty good customer service.

A great shopping experience made amazing with the help of an associate named Emily.
I went into Kohl’s to spend some earned Kohl’s cash and rewards. I was finding amazing bargains all throughout the store. When I got to the front, I had to ask for assist in the self checkout. Emily graciously came over and helped me with a smile on her face the whole time. When I realized one of the items I was buying for Christmas gifts was even less expensive, I chose to go pick up more. After all, I was trying to spend all my Kohl’s cash. By the time I returned, the transaction erased so Emily helped me once again, still smiling. Finally, I thought, I was done bugging this sweet soul. NOPE, I forgot to enter my Kohl’s cash.
Graciously, Emily led me to the return counter to re-ring everything for me a THIRD TIME so I could get the best bargains I had received in a long time. I often feel so awkward and clumsy when I make these memory mistakes but Emily just reminded me that’s why she was there.
HIP HIP HOORAY! Emily save MY day.
