If I could’ve rated a 0 out of 5 I would’ve. It was an absolute terrible experience. I’ve always heard that the workers were rude and incompetent and that is completely true. This is the first and last time I will ever visit this Kendra Scott location. All I asked for was a simple chain replacement that many of my friends and family have had done before. I do not appreciate the rude attitude I was given by the workers and that I was lied to. Many of my friends have had their chains replaced in this stores location and I was flat out told it was not even possible. This was an absolutely awful experience and I would recommend that if you ever need to go to a Kendra Scott store I suggest you go to a different one.

You get a “hello” when you walk in and that’s it. Nobody asks if you need assistance. I also couldn’t tell if what they had out was all they offered or what.

Helpful staff, beautiful jewelry! The staff gave us time to make selections and answered any questions we had. The jewelry lasts a long time if you follow the easy care instructions. It's also super easy to order online and pick up in store.

The girls that work there are not friendly whatsoever, you walk in and practically have to beg for someone to help you and to not just stare at you from across the room. My jewelry that I spent a decent amount of money has all tarnished even though I have followed all instructions given to me. Cheap jewelry, bad staff. The store is nice because it new and there are some girls who are more helpful than others. You’re probably better off ordering online.
