We had the most wonderful experience with Jon and the Keepsake Diamond team! My husband and I custom designed my engagement ring from the stones of 3 family rings. I brought in a sketch of my idea and they brought it to life perfectly! I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to buy or design a ring!

My husband surprised me with a bracelet for our anniversary. He wanted opal with rose gold to match the other jewelry he has gotten me. He said he went to many stores and they didn't have what he was looking for. He went to Keepsake Diamond and while they didn't have what he was looking for, they were the only place that showed him some options he could order. We picked the bracelet up today and it was beautiful. The whole store was full of amazing jewelry. They also do custom jewelry so I'll definitely go back to them!

AMAZING AND FRIENDLY. Came in knowing very little about engagement rings and diamonds. Dana sat with me and we went through every detail possible so that I would be happy with my purchase. I gave a description of what my fiancé wanted and they were able to design the perfect ring. At no point did I feel pressured with making a decision on such a big purchase. Will be returning for all of my jewelry purchases.

My fiancè worked with Keepsake to customize my engagement ring and he raves about how helpful and fair with pricing the jewelers are at this location for every step of the process to make his vision come to life! I absolutely love my ring and would recommend Keepsake to any and everyone! They were also helpful in resizing the ring after I first got it since it was a little too big!

My Fiancé and I love this company! We don’t actually live in Springfield, as we were visiting we stopped in the store and fell in love. Great pieces, amazing customer service. We purchased engagement rings, wedding bands and even a special gift from them. We are happy to call them “Our Jeweler” we don’t mind driving an hour to see them. The owner is amazing! Highly recommend. Great service, custom designs for you, patient, good prices.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Keepsake Diamond Center after seeing a spot on KY3 about their business. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating in regards to an appraisal I needed. It was ready earlier than I had anticipated. Received a lovely handwritten Christmas card during the holidays and made a purchase at that time. Again, another pleasant experience.
