I usually have a good experience here but today it was not good at all. I got like six mosquito bites sitting in the waiting area, it was disgusting and full of spider webs, and it took the guy 30 to 45 minutes just to get started on my car and they were not busy. I hope they tidy up their waiting area a little bit and make sure their guys are doing what they are supposed to be doing.

I called in and told the lady I needed a flat tire repair and explained to her it was on the inner side of the tire, she still said come in well see what we can do. Does NOT say that there is extra fees just for taking a tire off and looking at it. I come there and they charge me for taking my wheel off and putting it back on. What a scam. I even told her that she didn’t tell me in advance it would cost something when I was checking out and all she could say is “well they took the wheel off”. Not okay. Also not a fan of the employees. Please go elsewhere not sure why joes has such a high rating. Especially since 2 ppl referred me. They didn’t help me with my issue. Not coming back here sadly.

I’ve used Joe’s tire service for 23 years. They are honest, dependable and know the business. I don’t ever check anywhere else because I trust them.

Joe's saved the day! Our Miata had a screw in the sidewall and no one had a tire to fit so we could drive back to Tulsa. We thought we'd have to buy a used tire, but much to our surprise, Joe's had a single tire in our size and gave us a great price. We had to wait a bit as it was a Saturday, but the service was fast and we appreciated our technician.

Slowest tire folks ever. They pulled my car 9n and had it on jacks for over 30 min before tjeu even started. Then took another 45+ to change them. Don't come here if you are in any kind of hurry because they aren't

Went to joes to get a set of tires for my 2018 dodge ram went inside and stood there for about 5 minutes while a male employee was looking at a magazine in front of the counter. Finally he puts it down and said “oh hey, can I help you?”. I have factory Stock tires 275 60 20, asked if they had anything new. The guy looked around for about 3 minutes and was like nope we don’t have anything new. I asked about descent used ones and he said let me go check. Was gone for about 15 minutes and then sent a different employee up to say hey man we don’t have anything, have a good day. Never tried to order anything for me, just dismissed me on my way. I have used Joe’s several times before and referred several people to them. I expected for them to at least offer to order something for me.
