I have brought my ring here for 16 years and was told just today that they will not do a rhodium dip on my wedding band which is soldered to my Engagement ring wIthout charging me almost $50 for the extra ring which I cannot take apart from the engagement ring which was purchased here. They said this has been their policy and I have been told wrong for the last 16 years. I think this is a terrible way to do business and I will never recommend this place or come here for any of my future jewelry needs.
