Worst experience ever. I called to discuss my insurance and the owner Jimmy, cussed me out and then proceeded to blame me for his unprofessional behavior and name calling. I had a great experience up until I questioned why I was being overcharged. I was met with Instant hostility, defensive behavior, cussing, name calling, threats, and no answers about my policy. I asked to cancel my policy and was told to figure it out on my own as they do not want me in their office, even though this was the only way to cancel according to them, and I was to never contact them again. I have never been treated like this by a buisness before and I am truly embarrassed for them. Hopefully they learn to treat people better In The future. Bless their hearts we will be praying for them.
