Don't go here if you have life saving medications. Medications are never on time. I gave four chances. Not once could they manage to have all my prescriptions ready when they were supposed to be. Worst pharmacy ever.

This is the absolute best pharmacy in Springfield, MO. I refer everyone I know. They answer every call with kindness. They assist with medications regardless any extra need (bottle, label, vacation questions) They even remembered a preference of mine! It was so sweet!! The prices are unbeatable!

Y'all need to let a customer know that it's gonna take NOT just a minute to get the medication because Uber drivers cannot wait and cannot be left in the dark about the wait time! ? Y'all almost caused my partner some trouble at work today because of the lack of info.

Hyvee pharmacy is a HOT MESS. They are so slow. They can take sometimes 3 days to get my meds refilled or filled once called in. It is ridiculous.

I called yesterday on 9/19 into the Battlefield HyVee Pharmacy around 3:15-3:30ish in the afternoon trying to get two medications that are controlled medications transferred from the Sunshine HyVee Pharmacy. The Sunshine location had none of the medications I needed in stock. So I was calling to see if the Battlefield location had the medications in stock. Well the man who I talked to had a demeaning and standoffish attitude towards me when I told him what medications I needed and what doses. He kept going back and forth with me about how he didn’t know if he had them in stock and then apparently saying he had them in stock. After he said he had them stock, he said since they were both controlled he personally wouldn’t allow me to get the medications there unless I had a non controlled medication sent there to be picked up with the controlled ones. The only other medication I’m on that isn’t controlled I already pick up at another pharmacy because it’s cheaper there, and I also have plenty of that medication at the moment. I don’t have insurance and HyVee was the cheapest option for me to get my controlled medications from using GoodRx. It was a waste of 5 minutes calling this pharmacy and talking to this man who talking to me like I was 5 years old. I was out of my medications and needed them that day to sleep and control my ADHD.

I have issues every single time I come to this Hyvee Pharmacy. One being them not having my prescriptions ready literally any time I am supposed to pick them up. It could be set to be filled the day before and when I go the next day I’m waiting 30 minutes for them to fill it… and that’s after waiting 10-15 min in line to even pick them up. They have told me before that they would have it ready and they ended up not having it in stock at all and I missed my meds by multiple days - something you would think they would call you about, but I had only been told when I called to check if my prescription was ready. Most recently they gave me only drawing needles with no syringe, and I had to wait 15+ minutes for them to put together 6 or so syringes after waiting 15 min to pick it up. In the year timespan I have gone there, there hasn’t been once that I haven’t had an issue. I would recommend going to another pharmacy. The only reason and I mean the only reason I have stayed at this one is because it is the cheapest.

This place keeps getting worse. The Asian man behind the counter wouldn't sell me insulin needles. I have been diabetic for 5 years and have never once needed a prescription for needles He essentially called me a liar and told me to go somewhere else.

My husband called to have his prescriptions transferred to Hyvee over a WEEK ago. He has called back multiple times to check on the progress and every time there is a new excuse, such as the other pharmacy didn't answer, the other pharmacy didn't respond to the fax, etc. The last time he talked to someone they said there is no record that any of that had been done and that they were going to call the old pharmacy to start the transfer and call him right back.. and..nothing. We have given up. People typically NEED their medications and don't just take them for fun or when they feel like it. Medication is not something to play around with. Going to a different pharmacy and will steer clear of Hyvee in the future.

Christmas Eve and we missed our grocery pickup slot. They close it off at 8p & we arrived at 8:10. However Carson stepped in & came to our rescue at customer service, with a big smile & made sure we received our groceries. Really, every employee there quite friendly on a Christmas Eve night.

A step down from Kroger but a step up from Reasor's. I got a few items I can't find at home. Their prices are higher than Kroger or Harp's.
