Service was okay. The "seasoned" Employee that "tried to help" went thru the whole rigmarole of h&r block then when we were "done" we got the emerald card to get taxes back early there was nothing there because this person did not complete our taxes and did parts incorrectly. I would leave now stars if I could. Waste of time, gas and effort. Do your own taxes

Because I know & trust the H&R Block I go to and believe they give me the very best service they can give. They are friendly kind people who work very hard to make sure we get every deduction available. I love H&R Block on Commercial Street. ❤?Gladys already knows she's doing my tax return next year. I wouldn't trust anybody but them.
