Don't go here. If you do, avoid Cheryl. I did my taxes here a while back and she was EXTREMELY condescending and rude. My grandmother had passed away and left me an Inherited IRA. If you can imagine this Cheryl lady said "Well aren't you lucky" and was extremely insulting. I said , "Yea, my Grandma who raised me died. Thanks." She was basically treating me like I wasn't worth the dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe and that I didn't deserve my inheritance. None of any of that is her business. Again she made tons of snide comments like "Don't spend it all" and comments that were just very inappropriate and unprofessional. I went back this year and they almost paired me with her again, I just walked out the door. I'm sure she made me pay the highest and worst rate I possibly could on my taxes because she didn't seem at all concerned about doing her job, or saving me money. AVOID CHERYL!

I have never in my life been charged so, much to have a 1099 filed cost was $451 was given a $25 coupon so, ended up being $426 the return was accepted 02/09/2023 here it is 04/20/2023 I have still not got my return keep getting told since the end of February that it was approved an IRS is preparing to send. I was told a date of 02/28/2023 as a estimated date if by far past that date. I have called H&R an just keep getting told its been accepted an gone threw just being prepared to be sent by IRS . Now I'm having issues with H&R having the tax professional call me back to get answers other then what I've been told for months now. Again why charging $451 an it's taking months to get sent when I never had this issue before I'd filed 1099s in the past an got them usually very quickly way before 21 day an definitely wasn't charged half that to have done. I noticed in the reviews I'm not the only one who had issues with them an also see the cost seems extremely expensive which noticed what I'm being charged seems even higher then the amounts I see people said they was charged.
