Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Hip, clean, centrally located, cool design features (e.g., loft-size windows and ceilings, authentic record player and records in the room, mid-modern decor), high-end touches (e.g., slate gray robes, quartz bar and vanities, porcelain coffee mugs).

We chose to stay at Hotel V the night before our wedding, as well as the night of our wedding. It is a gorgeous hotel but our stay was very disappointing and I wish we would've booked elsewhere. Something to think about when you book here is the outside noise is LOUD. All we could hear for hours was motorcycles revving their engines for HOURS. I knew there might be a little background noise given its downtown but this was just ridiculous. Multiple things in our room didn't work such as the tv, coffee machine and hairdryer. The blankets they provide are very thin. They only gave us two towels for our two night stay, which was annoying given we had to use one of them to clean up coffee from the broken coffee machine. Also, the barcode on the nightstands for room service brought you to their online ordering which I later found out does not work right now and the menu online is also old and not up to date she the hostess had to read me off the menu over the phone so I could pick out some breakfast. I understand things happen but given this was our wedding weekend and had high expectations for Hotel V given how expensive it is, it was disappointing. I was automatically given an email address to reach out to if we had any issues, which I emailed and it sent it back to me that the email is not valid. For a hotel that looks so beautiful, it really seems like it's having some difficulties.

Exquisite hotel!! You’ll enjoy the luxurious amenities for a very reasonable price. The staff showcases their professionalism and hospitality to a T! Do not miss the rooftop bar! And the hotel bar off the lobby is also a can’t-miss spot.
You can’t help but feel refined at this hotel, and you’ll love the way it feels.

I truly loved this hotel! The atmosphere is so cool, fancy, beautiful, unique, clean and also friendly. No offense meant to the great city of Springfield, but this hotel almost seems out of place. It's something you'd see in NYC or LA. The room was comfortable and gorgeous. It had automatic window shades, a record player w/records (!), bed was so comfortable, a spa-type-shower, water closet, and full coffee area with a microwave and mini fridge. Fabulous. Staff was also very friendly, and location is super convenient: within walking distance to everywhere you'd want to go downtown. The rooftop bar is incredible as well. I can't wait to stay here again sometime!

We love the Hotel Vandivort. It is a jewel in the heart of Springfield. The modern decor is so well done and the rooms are clean and lovely and the beds are cozy! Perfect place for a couples weekend or a business trip stay!! It's the swanky vibe that is so fun!
Rooms: Rooms are just lovely and the beads are so comfortable and the lotion smells amazing!
Food and drinks: The Order has delicious food and the best Old Fashions

Vibes were immaculate in the explorer suite of Hotel Vandivort. Service was friendly and their check in process was so easy to do beforehand, making getting to our room after a long drive much more relaxing!

Decent Hotel with Some Drawbacks
Room Quality: We stayed in a suite, which was quite good, though it lacked a window.
Customer Service: We had an issue that the receptionist was unwilling to help with initially. However, a lady manager stepped in and resolved it, so things turned out well in the end.
As the hotel has answered with a wrong fact, I will give the details.
We (Our travel agency indeed) booked a hideaway room for 4 with a king bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa (as it's stated in the hotel website). We got the room (so no incorrect date) but when we got there, we saw there was only one bed. When we told the service desk lady that the sofa was not converted to bed she said that this was not possible, and she just told that two of us would need to sleep on the floor (!!!!!) or to book another extra room for 150USD (these were the instructions from a manager called Chris, that they phoned). Finally the manager there gave us the other room without extra-charge.

The hotel itself was wonderful! Staff perfect! But the walls are too think and everything could be heard. A bunch of drunks young people argued til about 2am were loud! Did not get to sleep much! It would’ve been a 5 star experience had that not happened. Would definitely love to come stay again but maybe would prefer a top floor than 1st floor. It is a bit pricey but some of the rooms do not look anything close to the photos. We had the king rooms and the walls of where the bricks are could be remodeled better! But it was an overall good stay!
Rooms: Amazing! Room was clean and neat. No complaints.

A delightful boutique hotel tucked away in downtown Springfield, MO. I was in an auxiliary building where the room and bathroom were larger than necessary, the shower was huge (probably 4' x 5'). A nice touch was the record player and vintage vinyl available in room. This truly was a hotel room the felt like home away from home for this business traveler
Rooms: Huge room and bathroom.
Nearby activities: Able to walk for coffee, dining and shopping.
Safety: I felt completely safe.
Walkability: Able to walk for coffee, dining and shopping. On street free parking or valet if needed.
Food and drinks: Bar area in main lobby. 2 complimentary water bottles in room.
