My wonderful husband and I have bought all of our jewelry at Helzberg and have worked with Terri Thomas or Jeremiah there. My husband and I were there one day and we were looking at rings and My husband didn't say much, but my husband said to Terri I will call you. So my husband put it on layway and Terri call me on Friday and said I need for you to come in I have something for you, we picked 3 customer's for a gift and I picked you but I need.you to come tomorrow because I'm on vacation next week. When I got there she said we need a picture. She gave me the bag I opened it !! I was so

I highly recommend Helzberg! They were outstanding from the second I walked in to the time I walked out the door with my fiancés wedding band! I came in with an idea of what I wanted but they explained every thing from band sizes, to different types of diamonds and everything in between and didn’t miss a beat on anything they were explaining! I walked out knowing everything about the ring that I was getting! Emily and Jeremiah helped me both times I came in and they were beyond phenomenal! They definitely exceeded my expectations and I’ll be sending all my friends and family and absolutely going back! 10/10
