Tracy Myers and Megan Hinkle were both outstanding! We had a fantastic experience at Havertys. Tracy was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, anticipating our every need. Megan's design expertise was invaluable in helping us visualize our living space. The showroom is beautifully curated and clean. Even during the busy Labor Day weekend, we didn't feel rushed or pressured. We're so impressed with the level of service and talent at Havertys. They've definitely earned our business!

We found some chairs online and the site had some issues with information, so we called the store. Spoke with Mary and she was incredibly kind and helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed. She even said they could order the chairs to come to the store for us to try before purchasing if needed.
Ordering over the phone was super easy, and they sent an email to allow virtual payment. Great hybrid shopping experience.

Great customer service! They actually care about the customer and aren’t just trying to make a sale. Furniture is greater quality than most other stores in town, and they aren’t much more expensive. They’re also a family owned company.

Our sales associate Lance was amazing, he wasn’t breathing down our neck while we looked but he answered all our questions and gave us good advice as this was our first couch purchase. We can tell Lance is a good man outside of work as well as at work

Came here after a horrible experience with Ashley furniture. I was actually referred to them by an Ashley employee. They helped me get a better quality couch that isn’t made of of OSB and one that would actually hold up and it was also about $1,200 cheaper than Ashely’s broken couch that was delivered about a week prior to coming in. Highly recommend these folks for all your furniture Needs.
