The people here are generally pretty decent. They must have been having an off night this last weekend. I went in, grabbed a couple things, then got in line behind a couple paying for two things with three different cards. There was only one register open so I waited. About 5 minutes passed before another employee walked up. He tried to help the cashier get the customer's cards to work. About 5 more minutes passed. A woman opened the next register and helped someone else. He hadn't been standing in line but somehow received priority treatment over they line that had formed by that time. When that person had left, she took a phone call. She hung up the phone and started to walk away. Fed up, I put my things down and started walking to the door. The cashier in the line I had been in asked why she was leaving. She told him that she was too busy on the phone to help customers.

I love e Harbor Frieght! Most of my tools come from there. Not a professional, so top quality is not a concern, some of my tools only get used every couple of years. I have only ever had one problem with a tool, and they replaced it. I just went last week, first time they didn't have what I was looking for! Pretty good history!
