Requested style: I showed 1 picture and only got length cut to middle of chest, was supposed to be my shoulders and layered. Paid. Called them, went back this morning to get it fixed. I said I can't wear ponytails because of headaches and said I can't stand my hair in my face. So I showed a different picture and explained it again. My hair is shorter and I got layers but front of my hair is still blowing in my face and I have my hair in a ponytail again. It was supposed to be too short for a ponytail. But here I am. If you can't cut hair like a picture being shown like a book in a salon, why are you cutting hair?

Went in with a picture and clear directions and they gave me a completely different haircut even after trying to correct it, would not recommend and not going back

Wouldn’t even leave a one star, they chopped up my moms very long hair left it very uneven. Didn’t do any shampooing or even wetting the hair just cut it dry. Don’t go here you’ll definitely leave unhappy.

I have never had a haircut as good as I get from Jennifer. Over the years, I have gone home and 'fixed' whatever cut I got but there is no need with Jennifer. The price was very reasonable and they don't 'assume' you want more than you asked for, and then charge you.
