Had the absolutely pleasure of coming here! This was my first ever gym membership experience and, with someone who has social anxiety, found this to be a cozy atmosphere with friendly smiles and faces. Had my first deadlift and compound lifting experience here EVER, and did so because I felt comfortable enough to come consistently✨️?? If you get lucky, you'll call and happen to chat with one of the owners Rebecca, who is a true joy to have worked with! Just a welcoming business that really embodies warmth and candor when it comes to their gym-goers and business as a whole. 110% would recommend them in a heartbeat❤️

Gymology is great gym with great equipment. They also do a great job with up keep of the gym. I’ve been going for some time and never have been disappointed. I love gymology.

If you live on the east side of Springfield, I’d highly recommend getting a membership at Gymology! So far, it has met all of my needs with equipment, availability, and service. They have every piece of equipment I need for my workouts from free weights to squat racks to treadmills. I have thoroughly enjoyed the availability of the place! It’s 24/7 and it’s never been packed when I go in the mornings. The people I have spoke with in the gym have been super nice. To add, the service from the owners has been exceptional. Rebecca helped me with a situation regarding my access to the gym and quickly resolved it. Every time I have called, the owners have always answered. If you are looking for a great value, clean gym with 24/7 access, every piece of equipment you need, and great service, I recommend you check out Gymology!

Great gym. The owners are always upgrading equipment and the atmosphere is very comfortable! This gym has everything I need and is never overcrowded.

One of the best gyms I’ve been to in Springfield. The staff keeps it very clean and it has everything that some of the more expensive gyms around town have to offer as well.

I played soccer in college and lifting/running is somewhat my hobby now. I have been to a ton of gyms as I have moved around a lot and my experience has been they just wanna screw you into long term commitments. The owners here are awesome and super receptive to ideas etc and obviously yes the gym has everything you could possibly need or it wouldn’t be a five star review. So far I love it here at the Rockhurst location. That said I prefer the North side location by Truman Elementary. You can catch a lift and get a nice long run in by running up to Truman and onto a trail that’ll take you too lost hill park. I Loved being able to knock my run and lift out at the same time and place.

Great gym! Got tired of the toxic gym culture displayed at a few of the other gyms in the area. This is a great local gym with excellent and caring staff. It is not a super large gym, but it has plenty of equipment to keep a workout flowing without bottlenecking.

We were gym shopping for a while as parents finding everything we needed was difficult. This gym made it possible for both me and my fiancé to workout on a daily basis due to location, hours and a great variety of equipment. Looking forward to future workouts here.

It has been a great experience doing my training at Gymology! Very clean environment and the equipment is in great shape. I appreciate the equipment being kept up to date and Kellie has been awesome to work with! I highly recommend getting a membership to Gymology.

Having belonged to quite a few of the local gyms over the years, it's easy to state that Gymology 24/7 is one of the cleanest, well equipped, and well kept. Whether you're looking to get in some cardio, get toned up, or get totally jacked, you can do it all there! Reasonable rates and the best hours (literally all of them), joining there was a no-brainer for me. Plus, it's an honor to be able to support a women-owned local business!

Super awesome gym for those dedicated to reach their goals! Everyone is super helpful to assist you, no shaming, and best of all no purple! The prices are fair and the owners are super nice and when they arrive they do there best to pump you up with energy! If your looking for a new gym and family, I strongly recommend giving this place a try!
