Good communication, quality work, and honest. After getting a deceptive diagnosis and ridiculous quote from another shop (Heinlein's Diesel — avoid them!), I took my vehicle over to GL Moore and they troubleshoot the vibration issue and identified that I had several bad tires and a locked hub. Truck runs good as new now! Thanks Jerald and team at GL Moore!

Jerald and his crew were fantastic. I developed a leak in a tire while traveling through Missouri. They got me in and replaced the tire under my Tire Pros road hazard warranty with no questions asked.
We were able to continue our trip with no delays. If you are ever traveling through South West Missouri and need help, these guys are awesome. Top notch customer care. Thank you for everything that you did for us.

Went in for a front end alignment and learned that there was more to the problem that was outside of their scope. (my subframe was bent)
However, 5 stars because unlike some shops, they didn't charge me any diagnosis or labor fee just for having it in their shop. I was able to go in and get my keys back with no hassle and even got an apology even though it wasn't their fault in the slightest.
Very straight and to the point service, and told me when I made the appointment that they would call first if any other issues had to be fixed BEFORE they would do it to work out costs, etc. Some shops would rather do all the extra work and then tell you as you're footing the bill, not these guys!
If I'm ever in a position where I need their services, I will definitely go back.

So disappointed. Have had a good experience in the past but this time it happened, they scratched my wheels (and did not say anything). Obviously the tech had to see he did it and said nothing and no one checked up on the tech. I expect incorrect lug nut torque, and possibly rim damage, sadly, just about everywhere now. The torque was close on all four but the scratches are terrible on two wheels and some on all four wheels. Add GL Moore to the list of places to check very closely what was done.

They found a problem that I didn't know I had and also told me that one of the things I took it in for didn't need repairing. Communication was very good. I would recommend them to anyone.
