We waited a long time for slow workers to get us the shoes. They then rang up $20 higher than they were marked. He said they were behind on taking the sale tags off the shoes and we could not have it for that price.

We took our 2 grandkids in to buy a pair of shoes. The store was busy and probably needed more workers.Was treated terrible by the girl. She was rude and made what was supposed to be fun, miserable.We almost walked out, but our grandkids had already decided on their shoes. I just wanted to pay for the shoes without being treated so poorly.The guy working was soft spoken, he was helping us. I believe he got confused and took back one of the pairs we ended up purchasing.I was waiting for him to bring our shoes to the counter. The female asked where my shoes were so she could ring them up. One pair behind the counter. I had no idea where he placed them and I told her he carried off the other pair, which she then told me I was in the way and for me to move so she could ring up another customer ?. She was irritated with me because I didn't know where the shoes were, he told her right there. She picked them up, holding them up, saying that's what I was asking.There were 2 other spots at the counter she could have gone to instead of embarrassing me like that.He ended up walking back out. He went back and retrieved the second pair and rang us up.*There was more she said just to juvenile to elaborate.I added a picture of my family waiting for me to pay for their shoes.

Had to search out sales person and when finally found someone they brought the wrong size and had to wait even longer. The store was busy but there was plenty of staff to handle the load. There were 4-5 sales people and none of them looked like they cared about being there. They moved like sloths and had no sense of urgency. Waited in line behind the same couple for 15 minutes and none of the cashiers apologized and said I’m sorry we will be with you in a minute. Definitely need to work on customer service in this store. If we didn’t need the product that day we would have left without anything.

I had an outstanding experience at Finish Line in the Battlefield Mall, Springfield, Missouri! DJ provided exceptional assistance, making my shoe shopping a delightful experience. I highly recommend this store for its top-notch service and a fantastic selection of footwear. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Painful sales experience. Had the opportunity to lace my own shoes that we were looking at and zero conversation.It's tough because it was due to age and lack of training.

Today I want to finish line to shop for my boyfriends birthday gift bc his birthday is tomorrow and there were 3 girls working at the Counter and they made my life so much easier. A sweet blonde haired gal help me get a pair of white air forces for my boyfriend and I needed a Adidas tracksuit and I found one and it was on sale! Thank you girls for being friendly, letting me shop in peace and keeping plenty of things and stock!

I have to say I was very unimpressed by the staff. My boyfriend and I came into the store and were the only ones there except for a couple that left as we came in. The staff said hello and that was it. There were 2-3 employees standing around the register not helping customers, not putting merchandise away, nothing. They did not come over to help us find shoes as we were clearly looking with several options each in our hands we wanted to try on. We had to go clear across the store to even get someone to help us. One employee finally brought us the shoes and disappeared again. Didn’t help us find different sizes, did not stick around to see if he could help us find other things, nothing. Needless to say we walked out empty handed. I was very disappointed as we both walked in there expecting to spend good money to buy shoes, but not with customer service like that.

The employees there are so nice and very helpful. I went there to buy my 7 yr old grandson Air Jordan’s. I couldn’t decide the first day I went and just picked one. I spent quite awhile in there but this young man (wish I got his name) was so patient. Of course I quizzed my grandson without him knowing I was going to get him a pair and he said he liked the black and orange ones . Yep I bought the wrong pair. So today I took them back and again another young man was patient and so kind in exchanging them for the orange and black ones ! I will be returning to buy again. Great customer service with a smile you’ll get when shopping there!!!

finish line is always great. not always my size there. i didn’t go to finish line today i went to rack room a few store before them. they had a boho 50% off ended up getting 4 pair there n am very very happy. richard n sara was very helpful. and funny. was a great morning to buy shoes thank u

Customer service has been spotty both times before when my family and I have come in. This go around was a different experience. We were able to order shoes in for my hubby. It was quick, painless, and for a decent price.
