Usally have good experience but this time was horrible. Had local depo and corporate offices telling me two different things. Said they lost my package but local office was able to find it. Ended up driving 6 hour round trip to get package not to risk them loseing it again.

Ringing doorbell is apparently to difficult. Just a little note to your drivers, the ring doorbell is recording you whether you ring or not and alerts me. Thank you technology because of lazy humans.

Last Thursday I got a call from FedEx Freight, scheduling my package drop-off for the next day. Although it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, that wasn't a big deal. The delivery was supposed to be between 11am and 5pm. Since I needed to be there to help take it off the truck, I worked from home on Friday.No delivery Friday. I called multiple times before their location closed. I've now called their number multiple times this morning, with no contact. I even contacted the main FedEx line, and they weren't able to reach the local branch either. I don't really mind the delay, or having to unnecessarily work from home. It's mainly the complete lack of communication.
