This is a great service! I brought an item (brochure for my father's funeral at Arlington National Cemetery) and "Kelly" quickly recommended the best kind of paper and format for it. It looked beautiful and it was turned out in very quick time, while I waited. This was on a Sunday, and Kelly was the only staff on hand. She helped me and another woman at the same time. We were both delighted with the service and expertise.

Dont appreciate your driver dropping my package on the ground like he did. Wasn't able to get his name before he ran off but think this guy needs to learn how to handle packages alot better instead of dropping in like he did.

I have been coming here for about 20 years since it was Kinko’s. I am always treated kindly by employees when I need help, and I can use the self service copiers as well (and anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, the employees have been very friendly and helped every time.) thank you!

I had the Battlefield Road Fedex Office location enlarge and print some pictures for a watercolor class I'm taking. Casey in particular was very helpful. They did a great job, were very quick to get it done, the images were very crisp and just what I needed. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Since this is a place to review a specific location and not the entire company like some people think, I will give it 5 stars! I don't need their services very often, but when I do, they always do a great job. They are always willing to help me with whatever I need, and always polite. I especially want to thank Dave because two times within two weeks he was the one who helped me, he was extremely helpful and his assistance was beyond expectation. Do whatever it takes to keep this guy!

I had such a positive experience visiting FedEx at the Springfield, Missouri store on 303 E. Battlefield on Saturday August 17, 2022.The employees there - Dave, April, & Larri - are so helpful and authentic. Dave, who waited on me, was very patient, although it was nearly closing time.I had a textbook to return to a friend. Dave took the time to re-bind the book, wrap it carefully, and ship it.I also, had 2 pictures of my husband’s cousin’s deceased Mother and Father, from the ~50’s.She is a sharp and lovely, little elderly lady, who is going to be 90 years old next month.She asked me a few weeks ago, if I would re-copy the pictures & send them back to her. I was determined to get this done quickly.Dave wrapped, packed, and shipped the pictures.Our cousin called on Saturday, August 20th, and she was so excited, and so grateful that the pictures of her parents arrived so quickly!It warmed our hearts that all this little nearly 90-year old lady really wanted was to have a re-printed picture of her parents, and that Dave and FedEx, helped her to have that joy.Thank you Dave, and FedEx, for bringing joy into peoples lives. THEY LIED TO US ABOUT WHAT THEY COULD DO. THE PACKAGE GOT RETURNED TO US. FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT CHANGING THEIR STORY. THIS STORE WOULDN’T GIVE OUR MONEY BACK OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED TO COME BACK WHEN THE MANAGER WAS THERE TO FILE “A Complaint” WITH NO GUARANTEE OF MONEY RETURNED OR DELIVERING OUR PACKAGE.A total disaster!Follow up- fedex never admitted their mistakes or made any effort to remedy things or even reach out. We ultimately went to UPS who charged us less and made the delivery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE UPS store on National. They were real pros!

April and Mary at this location are really mean. I had called in because customer service advised me to and Mary would not let me finish my sentence and then just transferred me back to customer service while I was speaking. When I called back I got April and she said Mary was probably busy because they’re busy and she doesn’t give out the Stratford number because they’re always busy and never answer and they wouldn’t be able to help me and that customer service was the only one who would help me. I got ahold of jaelyn in Strafford within 2 minutes and he confirmed they would be the ones to fix my issue and that customer service was right and the first two girls were incorrect. It was all fixed within 2 minutes. I understand the first to agents were busy but they still need to treat people like they’re humans and let them finish so they can do their job correctly.
