I had a reservation on the 25th to the 28th. I had an exhaustive trip and I just wanted a place to sleep after 24+ awake. Turned out, that they cancel my reservation, charged me the first night tho and no solution. On top of that, they don’t have a front desk and you have to call to figure out what to do. The first person said that someone was on the way, after several minutes nobody came, so I called again, and this time other guy was rude, made me repeat my confirmation number 4 times and he keeps missing a number, for at the end said is nothing we can do. Thank God, Nextdoor is an amazing Hotel (Residence Inn) who has a way much better service.

The staff at this location are very nice and hospitable. The front desk is always kind and understanding. We have stayed here a few different times and never had a bad experience. The other extended stay in springfield doesn't have the best staff, so we pay a few dollars more just because this place has nicer people. We will most likely continue to use this extended stay when needed.

This was my second stay here! I will be back though. We stay in Springfield once a month and this will be our go to. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful which is hard to find at other hotels! Hallways are dim which is good for people who don’t like bright lights shining under there doors. Hotel did smell like marijuana but anymore so do all hotels, no one was causing any problems or being a pain so I didnt care about the smell! Bed was so comfy, water hot, and air was cold! Front door locks at 10, and as a mom I like that for security reason!Thank you guys for making our stay great, excited to see you next month

Have stayed here several times during my travels through Springfield. Manager and staff always accomadating and friendly!! Rooms comfy and clean.: )

First, the good, and the only good. The staff, Troy was polite and efficient. The room was clean.Now the rest. The place needs an upgrade. The whole place smelled weird (a mixture of animal and stale smoke, throw some food smells on top of that. The pet friendly rooms are right next to the non pet rooms, so I was awakened several times by the dogs barking in the room next door. There was no breakfast, you had to walk through a wall of smokers standing around the front door in the morning. As I was checking out, two guys got off the elevator smelling very heavily of marijuana. I did not stay a second night.
Food and drinks: They have a vending area .

Best ran hotel in Springfield. Front desk Manager Troy gives top notch service and knows the city we'll with his recommendations. Rooms are clean and pricing is affordable. Had an issue with our refrigerator and Troy gad another refrigerator in our room in less then 10 minutes and called us an hour later to confirm everything was better with the replacement. Couldn't ask for better service especially at thus price point.
Rooms: Clean and have full kitchens.

I come to Springfield a couple times a year. Having stayed at many of the local hotels I find ESA provides great service and accommodations for the price. And the service is always great. Mindy at the front desk is always willing to go the extra mile by providing advice on local restaurants and shopping.
