I am so impressed with Everything Kitchens and will be buying all my kitchen things from there for now on. I'm in the process of moving all or our kitchen goods to glass jars and out of the plastic containers we have been storing them in. I purchased a bunch of clip top Kilner jars, which you can get at other stores but not in bunches, like at Everything Kitchens, and they were cheaper at EK. I'm also working on shopping less at larger stores and more at smaller, ideally local, places. As it turns out, EK is female owned by the woman who started it, which is rare. My order came SO fast, next business day, and it was all packaged very well. When I was washing my jars I noticed one of the lids of one of the jars in a set had a chip in it. I emailed EK and got a response very quickly with a tracking number for a new jar. It was so easy and fast! So, if you are also someone who wants to support smaller businesses that aren't owned by mega companies, this is a great one!

We ordered a whole set of fiesta ware and everything came really quickly in 3 boxes. One bowl was broken and apparently a replacement was sent immediately. The person I spoke to was very nice.
However, today, on Tuesday of the next week, when I hadn't received confirmation of the shipping of the replacements, I called back and spoke to a different person. The first man was named Brent and he was a pleasure. Today I spoke to Brett who was anything but. He basically told me that any email I hadn't "gotten" or "seen" was my fault, that I hadn't found them. He was anything but polite. Nor was he a good representative for such a nice company. I would definitely do business with them again as long as Brett was not involved.
